Having trouble signing in? Don’t worry — it’s usually an easy fix!
🔐 If you forgot your password
- On the login screen, click “Forgot password?”
- Enter the email address you used to sign up.
- Check your inbox for a password reset link (it may take a minute or two to arrive).
- If you don’t see it, check your spam or promotions folder just in case.
- Click the link in that email and follow the prompts to create a new password.
Once you reset your password, you’ll be able to log in right away.
📬 If you didn’t receive the password reset email
If you’ve checked all your folders and still don’t see the email:
- Make sure you entered the same email address you used when you created your account. Keep in mind that the reset password email will not send if you haven’t created an account on the site, or if you created your account through Google.
- Try sending the reset email again — sometimes a second attempt works.
- If it still doesn’t arrive, reach out to us at [email protected] and we’ll help you get back into your account.
🧾 If you’re not sure which email you used
You might have signed up using your Google account — click “Continue with Google” on the login page if you signed up using a Google account.
If you have multiple email addresses and you’re not sure which one you used, try searching your inboxes for “Welcome to Rainbow Plant Life Meal Plans!! 🎉” — this was the subject line for the welcome email you received when signing up.
If you still can’t access your account, contact [email protected] with your full name and any details you remember (like when you signed up), and we’ll help locate your account.
